Question by electricsaa: What would What have been some of the best legal arguments to date against gay rights in court?
Given the very wide range of different opinions on different gay rights issues facing our social structure today and the religious implications.I would like to know what the most successfully arguments have been to date against gay rights and marriage around the country. Also any notable cases in federal courts on this same issue as far as there constitutional legal arguments.

I don’t think anything against it that I’ve heard even approaches a valid argument.

There haven’t been any successful arguments– that’s why all the laws keep getting overturned.
